Refund & Return Policy
At HYPP, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.
2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like opened educational kits, electronic toys, or customized products cannot be returned.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you about your refund approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
